- The actual internet speed experienced by the customer will depend on various factors such as the SIM card, device used, web pages accessed, time of day, number of simultaneous users, and the distance from the 2G/3G/4G site.
- If the allocated MBs in the internet bundle are exhausted, an overage charge of Rs. 2/MB will apply.
- If the customer is not subscribed to any bundle, the base rate of Rs. 5/MB will be charged. The charging pulse for data usage will be 512 KB.
