Terms and Conditions
- By dialing *407#, customers will subscribe to the Weekly Offer for a duration of 7 calendar days, including the day of subscription. The offer will expire at midnight on the 7th calendar day.
- This bundle does not renew automatically, so customers need to dial *407# again to avail of the bundle after one week.
- The internet offer can be subscribed to and used in areas with 2G, 3G, and 4G network coverage.
- Please note that this is a limited-time offer, and it is subject to change at any time.
- The allocated minutes, SMS, and MBs in the bundle can be used 24 hours a day without any time restrictions.
- Multiple subscriptions of the same bundle are not allowed.
- A call setup fee is applicable for each call made.
- In case the allocated MBs are exhausted, an overage charge of Rs. 1.2/MB will apply.
- The actual internet speed experienced by the customer may vary due to factors such as the SIM card, device used, web pages accessed, time of day, number of simultaneous users, and the distance from the 2G/3G/4G site.
- If the customer is not subscribed to any bundle, the base rate of Rs. 5/MB will be charged. The charging pulse for data usage will be 512 KB.
