Customers can subscribe to the bundle at any time during the day.
To check the remaining incentive and validity, customers can dial the bundle status code for a fee of Rs. 0.06.
The bundles will not automatically renew and must be subscribed to again after they expire.
The internet bundle can be subscribed to and used in areas with 2G, 3G, and 4G network coverage.
The actual internet speed experienced by customers will vary depending on several factors, such as the SIM card, device used, web pages accessed, time of day, number of simultaneous users, and distance from the 2G/3G/4G site.
If the internet bundle’s allocated data is exhausted, customers will be charged an overage fee of Rs. 2 per megabyte (MB).
If customers are not subscribed to any bundle, they will be charged the base rate of Rs. 5 per megabyte (MB). The charging pulse for data usage will be 512 kilobytes (KB).
